Spins. We teach you how to prepare, head spot and stop with ease so your
spins look and feel effortless. We provide useful exercises for you. You
can practice these at home or when you go out dancing.
Figures. You will learn 11 combinations helping you to master your
technique. Peter explains the lead highlighting critical points to make
the lead precise and comfortable. Dorota concentrates on ladies' techniques for
following and styling. She gives tips for the dancing to be
smooth, comfortable and pleasant.
